What is the role about?

Within the Neptun Deep project, prior to First gas, and before position is transferred to Asset Neptun Deep as of date when is officially approved by the OMV Petrom Board, the Senior Expert Maintenance Engineer (in view offshore) will:

• Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities for all equipment within the Neptun Deep Project.
• Plan and coordinate all spare parts in corporation with Contracting and Procurement and Logistics.
• Work with the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) team to ensure implementation of all maintenance routines in the Company’s SAP system.
• Performs the necessary steps to ensure availability of spare parts and mechanical materials
• for the equipment and install maintenance for on and offshore Production Sectors.

At the end of the Neptun Deep project, when role is transferred in the new organizational structure Asset Neptun as of date when is officially approved by the OMV Petrom Board and the work schedule and activity are subject to change to offshore rotational diagram, responsible for the inspection and maintenance planning for mechanical equipment in cooperation with the Maintenance Engineer.

Responsibilities:

As Senior Expert Maintenance Engineer (in view offshore)(prior to First gas and before position is transferred to Asset Neptun Deep as of date when is officially approved by the OMV Petrom Board):

• Act as focal point for CMMS development.
• Plan and develop strategies and measures to reduce down time for equipment to improve the quality of maintenance activities.
• Responsible for the inspection and maintenance planning activities.
• Support development of the Project’s Digital Twin system.
• Provide strong expert technical support in field of expertise.
• Establish maintenance planning parameters (safety stocks, reordering points) for materials and spares.
• Take responsibility for materials management, spare parts & logistics
• Offer expert matter input to material and equipment budgets.
• Establishes the supply priorities and deadline for purchasing the necessary materials and spare parts;
• Prepare orders for equipment required for Operations start-up in cooperation with the Commissioning and start-up manager.
• Responsible for development of Maintenance procedures.
• Ensure extensive maintenance expertise to the Operational team within the Neptun project.
• Provide support in the procurement phase and management of equipment/services contractors
• Reviewing contractor documents in a timely manner and working with the contractor to resolve any issues
• Responding to Technical Queries from the contractor
• Ensuring contractor implements project and corporate standards
• Review Contractors Deliverables (as assigned and as applicable) and provide feedback/comments against the relevant project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Verify that required spareparts are being included in spares and logistics philosophies.
• Apply International, European and Romanian standards applicable in the oil and gas industry.
• Participating in audits as required.
• Take active part and bring extensive expertise in the transition of the project into Operations and ensures required documentation is available
• Defines procedures, guidelines and policies and provides input for long-term strategy. Provides guidance within complete function at the framework / policy development level and provides strategic advice for the function

As Sr Exp Maint Eng (in view offshore) (when role is transferred in the new organizational structure Asset Neptun as of date when is officially approved by the OMV Petrom Board and the work schedule and activity are subject to change to offshore rotational diagram):

• Responsible for the inspection and maintenance planning for mechanical equipment in cooperation with the Maintenance Engineer.
• Engage with selected Vendors to ensure equipment diagnostic and monitoring systems
• Coordinate SAP usage as CMMS System on daily basis for planning activities and extract Reports
• Responsible to track the availability of spare parts from ordering till delivery to ensure 100% availability of needed spare parts
• Responsibility to engage with selected equipment/services contractors to prepare the campaign maintenance
• Responsibility to engage with Certifing Authorities and prepare to prepare have all certifications on time
• Responsible for coordination of mechanical equipment maintenance out of campaign
• Manages and monitors contractor performance with regards to QA/QC and contractor safety in collaboration with Asset Operations 
• Implements the maintenance and  and the respective tools in Upstream Operate.
• Ensures integrity condition and SCE elements are closely monitored and measures implemented, assured and maintained through efficient and effective workflows.
• Optimizes life-cycle maintenance costs while ensuring safe operating limits in full compliance with all legal aspects as to meet standards and regulations.  
• Drives and implements maintenance prioroties in collaboration with facility optimization, production, asstes Operations and HSSE Excellence for maximized Asset value, safety performance and reduced CO2 footprint.
• Accountable  for implementation of Maintenance Performance  Indicators,  their performance tracking locally and the continuous improvement to support  achievement of the targets.

Requirements:

• Education : ​Bachelor
• Subject of education: Engineering
• Relevant professional experience: ​9-12 years / jahre / ani​
• Have at least five (5) years of relevant offshore industry experience, meaning previously employed within offshore projects
• Relevant professional skills
• Very good knowledge of Offshore Oil & Gas Production.
• Excellent Electrical Mechanical equipment knowledge.
• Knowledge in project planning (OPEX, CAPEX, Maintenance and Contracting strategies).
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capacity to understand and solve complex issues working closely in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in communication tasks at management level and cross-functional team efforts.
• Ability to work well with teams; capable of building teams and to work with intercultural teams.
• Ensuring that both internal and external performance is customer driven,
• Identifying and assessing possible risks and taking the appropriate measures,
• Has an open attitude onto solving work problems that may emerge in the work environment, collaborating with his colleagues, superiors and stakeholders,
• Working knowledge of English.
• Computer literate.
• Capable to work effectively under stress.
