For an important company in the Oil & Gas industry we are looking for a professional with extensive experience as a Human Resources & Training Specialist.

To be successful in this role, you need:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related career.

5 to 8 years of experience in the role.

Experience in training, organizational development, and regulatory compliance for training, coaching and OD, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Experience in the use of human resource management systems.

Scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

Identify training needs and develop training programs.

Organize workshops and seminars for the professional development of employees.

Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.

Development and Training.

Languages:

Advanced English.
