Recruitment Business Partner Are you an enthusiastic Recruitment Business Partner with a passion for people working

in the Energy Sector? Do you enjoy finding talented people for interesting positions and

clients? If so, our office in Monaco is looking for you to join our Recruitment Team.

Key responsibilities

- Complete 360 recruitment cycle

- Excelling in stakeholder management with internal and external parties

- Talent sourcing and headhunting using various social platforms and job boards to find

niche talent

- Managing and coordinating with the ATS (Application Tracking Software), ensuring all data

is entered correctly

- Collaborate with various internal departments: finance, marketing and operations - for

various recruitment activities and needs

- Conducting market/recruitment analysis for different sectors when necessary to identify

opportunities to grow or increase effectiveness

- Collaborate and support colleagues at our global recruitment offices, such as Romania,

Monaco and the US

- Assist in various recruitment processes and marketing campaigns, ensuring a strong

talent pipeline

Desired Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer in a recruitment office

- Comfortable with sourcing and headhunting talent through various media (job boards,

social media, personal networks)

- Knowledge of working in the oil & gas and renewables sector and nuclear sector

- Command of the English and French languages

- You are highly proactive and independent, with the ability to work with different teams
